Information about password recovery:
Password recovery must be enabled for your account for password recovery to complete.
Enter your account's name and/or its stored email address according to your account's
password recovery enable setting and then select "Submit"
to initiate password recovery.
If password recovery is successful, an email with a new password
for your account will be emailed to your account information email address.
If you do not receive a password recovery email, then either:
the password recovery email has yet to be sent or received
your account does not have password recovery enabled or the information
provided above is incorrect for your account's password recovery setting
(account name or email address required, account name required, or
account name and email address required)
the email is being stopped from being delivered by filtering (insure
that your email service allows delivery of all email from haveproof.com)
